Auditions for another hilarious Ken Ludwig COMEDY, Leading Ladies, are being held at the Old Town Playhouse on Monday March 9th and Tuesday March 10th at 7 pm. Old Town Playhouse is located at 8th and Cass Streets.
Other works by Ludwig include Lend Me a Tenor, Crazy For You, and Moon Over Buffalo.
Leading Ladies is a rollicking comedy about two ne’er‐do‐well Shakespearean actors that try to take the easy road to wealth. They get themselves in many hilarious situations, including impersonating women. There are five male roles and three female roles with ages ranging from twenties to seventies. The play features roller skating, cross dressing, learning the tango, Moose Lodges and audience participation.
