1.    INSTALL STEEL LADDER AND HATCH AT PROP STORAGE ROOM FOR ACCESS TO ROOF.

2.    REMOVE EXISTING BRICK TOWER AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF BUILDING AND INSTALL NEW ROOF SYSTEM TO REMEDY STRUCTURAL DEFECTS. (BRICK OF ENTIRE BUILDING TO BE REPOINTED)

3.    REPAIR CEILINGS AT EXISTING COSTUME STORAGE ROOMS WITH CONFORM TO FIRE SEPARATION REQUIREMENTS.

4.    REMOVE EXISTING COMBUSTIBLE FINISHES AT STAIR WELL AND INSTALL GYPSUM BAORD TO CONFORM WITH FINISH RATING REQUIREMENTS.

5.    INSTALL GYPSUM BOARD AT FORMER WINDOW OPENINGS TO CONFORM WITH FINISH RATING REQUIREMENTS.
